Refund & Cancellation

This policy covers licences for the Caledger GST and Caledger IT desktop applications from Ledgerstack Technologies. In short: licence fees are non-refundable, so please make sure Caledger is right for your firm before you buy.

1. Try before you buy

We would rather you be sure than sorry. Ask us for a demo or trial and evaluate Caledger on your own hardware before you purchase. If anything is not working the way you expect, tell us and we will help you get set up.

2. No refunds

All Caledger GST and Caledger IT licence fees are non-refundable. Once a licence has been issued and activated, we do not provide refunds - including for any unused portion of the term, a change of mind, or renewals. By purchasing a licence you agree to this no-refund policy.

3. Cancellation

Licences are sold on an annual term. You are free to cancel at any time by choosing not to renew - simply let the licence lapse or tell us before your renewal date, and we will stop any future billing. Cancelling stops future charges only; it does not refund the current term.

4. If something is wrong

If the software is not working for your firm, please contact us before your term ends. We take support seriously and will do our best to resolve any genuine issue - we want Caledger working for you.
